Printing your Product Invoice or Product Credit Note Straight Away

When you create an invoice, you have the choice of either saving it for later printing in a æbatchÆ, or printing it straight away.
The layout of the invoice and its content is dependent upon the stationery layout file selected. So if you want certain fields included on the document which are not already present or, conversely, you wish to have certain items removed, you will need to amend the existing layout or create an alternative.
Sage Line 50 gives you standard invoice layouts, which have been designed to fit the stationery supplied by Sage, but you can edit these, or create your own if necessary.
You can reprint your invoices as many times as you wish.
